"For [the election]: LORD hear our prayers." [An Election 2016 Post]

We haven't made it much of a secret who we're against in this election, though we're divided on who we're for. However, no matter how this night (and no doubt the following days/months/weeks) shakes out, no matter who the "winner" is, many of us will feel argghghghgaaahahahahahahdhghghghrrrrrrrrr! 

To that end we submit ten (10) cards from our Red Letter Deck, to present the wisdom Christ might have for us in the midst of this election season. 

Each can be read as a part of the following form, a Creed Card in the same deck. May you find at least one that soothes your soul in these troubled times.

Haters hating (Religious leaders throughout the Gospels)

Having a shitty friend (John 13:21)

Getting the log out of your own damned eye (Matthew 7:3-5)

Turning the other cheek(s) (Luke 6:29)

Those who worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24)

The Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power, coming on the clouds of heaven (Mark 14:62)
