We ship through the United States Postal Service, both First Class and Priority. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. While we will do our best to monitor the delivery of your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will make every effort to help you track down your missing package.
If you would like a different shipping option, contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. As your purchase covers the cost of shipping, any special shipping requirements may result in additional expenses which must be paid before we will fulfill your order.
If your order is Return to Sender-ed and you would like us to re-ship it, you will incur the cost. Double check the mailing address and/or use the comment section if you need the mail carrier to deposit your order somewhere special/safe/more secure/where you will be sure to see it.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you fear your soul is damned after playing one game, you can return your order to us within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. You will have to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Contact us directly.
